For those who want to experience the forest in a different way, an evening walk with a headlamp is offered. The sounds of the night become more tangible, and perhaps owls can be heard in the distance. With any luck, salamanders can be seen on their trek towards the water. Afterwards, wait for a cozy moment by the fire with hot drink and freshly baked waffle.
In winter there is a lot to discover in the forest. Together with nature guide Caroline, you will learn to recognize trees and plants in winter. A snowless winter, we find tree fungi and animal droppings. When snow and ice cover the ground, we have the chance to investigate life beneath the snow. In the gap between snow and land there is a whole world of life. Here live and live part of the forest animals during the winter.

Practical information
