Follow the shepherd and the Öland guide Caroline along ancient paths in the outskirts of Hönstorp. Listen to her stories about the magic that occurs when grazing animals meet grass, and learn about the millennia-old interactions between animals and plants that have shaped today's landscape.
The hike takes you to a green oasis under the crowns of oak trees, where Öland guide Charlotte Axelsson offers a taste experience with Öland delicacies. Enjoy lamb meat, bean salad, seasonal vegetables and finish with a chef's coffee over an open fire as well as a tasting of diversity honey.
