During this forest bath you will be led by Caroline Kindblom Landtmanson, certified forest bathing guide and biologist, through a relaxing experience in the Öland Mittlandsskogen. Here you walk slowly or rest still to let your senses take in the many details of the forest. The Japanese concept of Shinrin-Yoku is the basis of this method, which is about deepening contact with nature through sight, hearing, smell and touch.
